Condenser Tapes

BOCKEMUEHL condenser bobbins, consist of shock-proof PVC (standard blue color).

The bobbins dimensions dia. 80mm x 5 mm & dia. 64mm are double wall tubes effectively grooved along their length.

The ends are closed by solid plastic stoppers with multiple centred steel pins. Fixing to the interior of the tube by expansion of plastic rings – no glueing. As such stoppers may easily be removed for adjustments to altered requirements (e.g. different tube lengths).

Flanges – fixed or detachable – are of natural coloured polyamide.

To maintain the elasticity of polyamide flanges it is recommended to occasionally immerse them in water for some hours to avoid brittleness caused by loss of humidity.

Universal type for all yarns und yarn numbers. The plastic-insert is slightly elastic and has oak tanned cow leather on both sides.

.ABB Plastic "Original"

High precision tape made of plastic, which is slightly elastic . Can only be used for very fine yarns! The cutting tolerance is +/- 0,03 mm. oil resistant

.CBR

Sandwich and synthetic tape, especially indicated for line and very fine yarns. Known with very good results.

.CY Blue

Suitable for coarse and carpet yarns with excellent results.
